The welcome, advice, cleanliness, comfort. Plentiful and varied breakfast. Good location near city center and public transport. Super friendly staff. Perfect location for concert.

The location of this place is perfect, as it is just across the street from the very very big Lanxess Arena in the center of the city. We were able to easily access concerts and events without any hassle. The staff at reception desk were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with great service throughout our stay. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were a great place to relax and enjoy fine dining.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great location for events, right across from Lanxess Arena. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a fridge. The 24/7 snack bar at reception is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for concerts and easy access to public transit. Delicious breakfast and tasty bedtime snack options. Interesting mix of historic and modern elements in building design. a great stay!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Koeln-Messe fair center, making it easy to commute by underground in the morning. it is right across the street from the Lanxess Arena, perfect for concert-goers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a tasty variety of options to start the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers some nice facilities and advantages, such as a quiet room despite being on a main road and complimentary mineral water in the room.
One downside is that the hotel does not have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
